We start with a call to see if we’re a good fit. Once the proposal is approved, we kick off the project. You’ll be invited to a Notion workspace where you can track progress, updates, and planning. Typically, we move from strategy and wireframing to homepage design to lay the foundational style. From there, we move to designing the full website.
Only if requested. I usually work white-label, acting as an extension of your team behind the scenes.
I adapt to your workflow. Normally, I use Slack for quick updates, Figma for design comments, and a personal Notion workspace to keep all project steps and planning organized in one place, so you always know exactly where we stand.
The number of revisions is based on the project's needs, and extra rounds can always be added if you want. This keeps the process smooth and avoids any endless revision cycles.
You receive a fully organized, high-end Figma file that is 100% dev-ready. This includes a clear design system, custom on-brand components, and all discussed pages/deliverables, so your developers can start building immediately.
